Have your TWIA policyholders experienced wind damage from Tropical Storm Harold?
They can report claims directly to TWIA 24 hours a day by:
- Calling (800) 788-8247, option 1
- Have the TWIA policy number, best contact information, and any property damage details ready.
- Using the Policyholder Portal
Helpful Reminders:
- TWIA policies do not cover damage caused by flood.
- Do not attempt to report claims by fax, email, or US mail as this will cause unnecessary delays.
- Agents can report a claim through the TWIA Agent Portal.
