- Agents can now select and pay the first payment on all policyholder pay plans
- Changes to a renewal offer can be made until the offer expires
- Deductible and increased cost of construction (ICC) coverage percentage dollar amount will show in the TWIA Agent Portal
- Common agent questions on policy changes and cancellation requests
