*Attention In-Person Attendees
Proof of vaccination is required by the venue before you will be allowed to enter the building. You have two options:
  1. Email your proof of vaccination to ghei@uci.edu in advance, which will help expedite the process on the day. Please note, we recommend you bring your proof of vaccination as a back-up measure.
  2. Bring your proof of vaccination along with your driver’s license or ID and be prepared to show it at Registration. In addition to the physical vaccination card, it is also acceptable to show a digital copy or photo of the vaccination card. We will not retain any of these records and they will only be used to verify and give you access to the building for this event.
Helpful Tip: Attain a Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record via State of California. You will receive a link to a QR code and digital copy of your COVID-19 vaccination record. You will be allowed to take a screenshot of your QR code and keep for future proof.

Universal Masking/Face Coverings: All individuals will be required to wear a mask or face covering while indoors, regardless of vaccination status. The update is in line with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the California Department of Public Health's recent recommendations on masking and face coverings.
