Systems Update
As a reminder, the TWIA Agent Portal and Claims Center are not available for agent use at this time. Though you may receive several automated system emails today and tomorrow, you will not be able to access the documents. Our staff is currently testing and preparing the systems to be ready for business on Monday.
Tomorrow (Sunday) night or early Monday morning you will receive an Agent Bulletin confirming our systems are live and ready for business. The bulletin will also provide updates concerning processing of payments, notices of cancellation, and claim reporting.
Report a Claim
Our staff is already at work on submitted claims. Until we confirm our systems are live and ready for business on Monday, please have all claims reported to our claims call center at (800) 788-8247.
