New This Week: Amending Your Lab Ramp-Up Plan

In the coming months, Principal Investigators may wish to add new personnel to their lab ramp-up plans, while still adhering to ramp-up phase policies (currently Phase 2). Should addition of new personnel, or changes in your location of work, render your current plan non-compliant, you are required to submit an amendment and have the plan reapproved by your department chair. To facilitate this process, Emily Dawidoff (edawidof@hs.uci.edu) can upon request supply you with a link to an editable version of your existing plan in Qualtrics, if you do not already have it.
