The Office of Academic Affairs will be sending calendar reminders with important information related to the academic review process and specific due dates. Please be sure to accept these calendar reminders.

Solicit Letters of Recommendation by June 1
Be sure to have department-nominated and faculty-nominated referee information for your faculty going up for promotion or advancement to above scale for the academic year 2020/2021. The solicitation letters should be sent out to the respective referees by June 1, 2020. If you have any questions, please reach out to your dean’s analyst. You can also find helpful information on the Office of Academic Affairs website under “Merits and Promotions” in the “Letters of Recommendation” section.
Proposed Academic Action Report
Reminder: your “Proposed Academic Action Report” for the academic year 2020/2021 was due to your dean's analyst by May 1, 2020. If you have not already done so, please be sure to submit it as soon as possible but no later than June 1, 2020.
SOM Academic Appointment Renewal Process 2020/2021
All Non-Senate Academic Appointee renewals were due to the Office of Academic Affairs by
March 23, 2020. Be sure to review the communication that was sent out earlier this year. This information can also be found on the Office of Academic Affairs website under “Other Policies.”
