Renewal and new business applications submitted this October and November for residential and commercial policies effective 1/1/2020 or later may be temporarily held in TWIA’s underwriting review stage while we update our systems. These system updates ensure all TWIA policies issued for 2020 reflect the policy condition changes we shared in last week’s Agent Bulletin.
When these system updates are completed, policy submission processing will resume.
TWIA will ensure policy submissions that are temporarily held in the underwriting review stage due to this specific system update will be processed before the requested policy effective date.
