Prepare for the RCT Express upgrade – no action required!
Last week we let you know about the plan to add features to our property cost valuation tool—CoreLogic’s RCT Express product (formerly known as Marshall & Swift/Boeckh, or MSB). We are on schedule to deploy the update tomorrow--Thursday, September 26.
As a reminder, this upgrade will include pre-filled data and Multiple Listing Service (MLS) property imagery to the RCT Express valuation tool.
Upgrade Highlights:
- Data will automatically populate in the valuation tool when it is available through the tool’s third-party sources, with no additional steps for you—this now includes Number of Families, Total Living Area, Year Built, Number of Stories, and Style
- MLS Imagery will be included automatically when it is available
- As always, be sure to review the information for accuracy
- You can manually update the data as needed
