| | Safety Spotlight: Bobby Hawkins | | | Bobby Hawkins has worked for the City of Houston since 2005 and was recently promoted to the position of Safety Administrator with the Human Resources Safety division. Before coming to work for the city, Bobby was employed for 15 years with Solvay America, the U.S. subsidiary of a chemical company based in Belgium. He also served in the U.S. Army, attaining the rank of Captain. Bobby earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff.
