Prepare for the MSB upgrade and system downtime next Friday August 9!
Last month we let you know about the plan to upgrade our property cost valuation tool used by agents as part of the policy submission process—CoreLogic’s Marshall & Swift/Boeckh product, or MSB. We are on schedule to deploy the update next Friday, August 9.
The PolicyCenter system will be unavailable Friday, August 9. Please complete any open items and exit the system before 6 p.m. on Thursday, August 8. No other systems, such as Claims Center, should be affected.
As a reminder, the update is primarily the look and feel of the MSB tool, and it will likely be very familiar to those who utilize MSB throughout the insurance industry. Your login information and password will remain the same, and the functionality will remain substantially the same at this time. See this infographic for more information about the MSB tool upgrade.
