Dear Agent,

We are experiencing some technical issues with our phone system and wanted to make you aware of it in case you or your clients call us today. We are working to correct the issues as quickly as possible and will update you as soon as we do. 
 
What will you notice as different if you call? 
That we might not be able to transfer your call within the Association.
For example: If the representative who answers your call isn’t able to help you, they may not be able to transfer you to the right person who can.
 
What will happen?
They will take down your information and give it to the person with whom you need to speak. That person will then call you back as quickly as possible. 
 
We appreciate your understanding as we work though these issues.
