Purpose:

To inform all healthcare providers and clinics that from October 10, 2018 through mid-November 2018, CYP2C19 testing (Test code: 2C19) will be sent out to Mayo Laboratories for testing due to temporary non-availability of reagents from the manufacturer Spartan RX. During this period, 2C19 testing will not be performed in-house. Consequently, there may or may not be a brief delay in results for the affected test.

Effective dates: October 10, 2018 until mid-November 2018
