As part of an enterprise effort to better serve our agents and policyholders, a security upgrade to our Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) system will be implemented effective October 22, 2018. The system update requires users to reset their password upon access of Claims Center. The password reset is a one-time action.

How can you reset your password on October 22?

After signing in through the Agent Portal login screen and selecting the Claims Center>Open Claims Center button, you will be directed to a new dual-branded TWIA/TFPA Login screen where passwords can be reset using the "Forgot Password" feature. We suggest you make your Agent Portal password match your new Claims Center password for ease of use.
