1. Pay Attention to Program Deadlines

From now through October 31, 2018, your agency can approve offers through the TWIA depopulation website. Approved offers will be sent to your policyholders on December 1, 2018. Any offers your agency does not approve on the TWIA depopulation website, or on which you have taken no action at all by October 31, 2018, will not be sent to your policyholders.

2. Learn to Use Our Website

Our "Depopulation Video Demo" is available on our training website (password: TexasAgent) to help you through the process. You can also access our PDF job aid with instructions on how to select offers. Please click through to this previous communication to access this important training. We encourage you to confirm your selections prior to October 31.
