TWIA launched Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies in February 2018, completing our transition to a more modern policy administration system. This project incorporated feedback from agents to ensure you were sufficiently prepared for the system changes. Our efforts, based on your comments and suggestions, included in person training and expanded remote training options, increased communications about expected changes, and more prepared employee resources to provide support for your questions.

It has been a little over six months since the system changes took effect, and we'd like to know how we did in preparing you. We invite you to take a brief five minute survey to share your feedback about the training, communications, and support we provided as well as your experience transitioning to using Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies.
