Dear Agent,

TWIA is committed to providing agents with quality phone service and connecting you more quickly with the TWIA representative who can best address your needs. To better serve you, we updated our existing phone menu options this morning. The new menu options have changed from initially routing a call based on what the need is (i.e. a policy change) to routing based on who the caller is (i.e. mortgage companies, agents, or policyholders) to reduce misdirected calls and confusion. Additionally, the new phone menu uses less insurance jargon and more common language that the callers—especially policyholders—are familiar with.

Starting today, agents will be prompted to select Option 3 to speak with a TWIA representative when calling our main phone line, 800-788-8247, while policyholders will select option 4.
