As part of our transition to Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies, all policy renewal applications, regardless of line of coverage, must now be submitted via Policy Center.

If you write commercial or manufactured home policies, please be aware that:

• After May 4, 2018 TWIA will no longer accept paper commercial or manufactured home renewal applications that were generated in the “old” system. If we receive one of these applications after May 4, it will be returned unbound.
• Any applications that were generated in the “old” system and that have expired must be completed in Policy Center as a new submission.

If you have not taken advantage of our computer-based Policy Center training, please visit our website (password: TexasAgent) for training modules, videos, and job aids.
