TWIA is committed to providing agents with quality phone service and connecting you more quickly with the TWIA representative who can best address your needs. To better serve you, we will be updating our existing phone menu options starting May 14th. The new menu options will move from initially routing a call based on what the need is to routing based on who the caller is—i.e. mortgage companies, agents, or policyholders—to reduce misdirected calls and confusion. Additionally, we will be using less insurance jargon and more language that the callers—especially policyholders—can understand.

On or after May 14th, agents will be prompted to select Option 3 to speak with a TWIA representative when calling our main phone line, 800-788-8247, while policyholders will select option 4.
