We are happy to announce that our redesigned website is now live! The TWIA Agent Portal and Claims Center are not affected by this change.

Thank you to everyone who participated in our user experience testing (online surveys, interviews, and testing groups); your feedback was invaluable in helping us identify the best design and structure to meet the needs of our valued stakeholders.

Check out these new and updated features:

• Tailored Experience: Tabs in the navigation bar - Property Owners, Agents, Windstorm Certification, and About Us - uncover tailored content for our primary audiences and most popular topics.

• Claims Resources for Policyholders: www.twia.org/claimscenter now contains all of the information policyholders need for the TWIA claims process without having to navigate through multiple pages.
• Windstorm Certification Information: Windstorm Certificates of Compliance (WPI-8/WPI-8-C) feature prominently in the lives of our policyholders. This family of pages is now easier to find in the site's navigation bar and footer.
• Find an Agent Page: Property owners can more easily find an agent registered to work with TWIA through our improved Find an Agent page.

• Convenient Login: Agents can easily login to the TWIA Agent Portal through a dropdown (1) on the right-hand side of the navigation bar and through the Agents page (2).

• Easy-to-Scan Registration Information: www.twia.org/agents outlines the steps to register with TWIA, as well as the registration forms agents will need for this process.
• Robust Agent Resources Page: www.twia.org/agents/resources includes more of the forms and resources you need to do business with TWIA. Find Forms, Sample Policies, and Endorsements here under General Information.
• Agent Training Center: TWIA courses, job aids, and additional resources for agents are available at www.twia.org/agents/training. Navigate to this page through the blue Visit Training Center button at the top of the Agent Resources page. Password: TexasAgent

• Cleaner URLs: Many of our pages have new, easier-to-type URLs. Any TWIA pages you may have bookmarked will redirect seamlessly to these new URLs.
