On February 12, TWIA implemented Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies. We’re happy to report that, other than a few minor issues, our policy administration system is functioning as expected.

If you write commercial or manufactured home policies, please be aware of the following important dates:

  • Effective immediately, all new business submissions and endorsements or cancellations that accompany them must be completed in the Policy Center.
  • For agents that printed commercial or manufactured home new business applications from the “old” system prior to February 12, TWIA will accept the paper new business applications with payment. 
  • After March 12, TWIA will no longer accept printed commercial or manufactured applications from the “old” system resulting in the application being returned unbound. 

If you have not yet taken advantage of our computer-based Policy Center training, please visit our website now. In addition to detailed computer-based training modules and training videos, there are a variety of job aids to help you quickly begin using Policy Center.
