Dear Agent, As promised, computer-based training for Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies is available on our website today! You can now take advantage of eight new computer-based training modules and videos which can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Read below to learn more about these training options designed to prepare you for the launch of Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies on February 12, 2018. Computer-based Training (CBT) Modules Computer-based training (CBT) modules provide a more detailed and interactive training experience, covering Policy Center processes from start to finish. This training option is best for the agent who is new to Policy Center or has limited experience using the system. The four modules listed below allow agents to demo and observe full system functionality for the most common Policy Center transactions. Training Videos and Job Aids You may also view four new Policy Center training videos to quickly refresh yourself on the process for specific tasks in the system. These videos are helpful for the more seasoned Policy Center user, allowing you to watch, in 5 minutes or less, an overview of topics that are covered in more detail in the Policy Center CBTs. We also have several job aids available covering a variety of Policy Center tasks such as Accessing Policy Center and Searching for Documents in Policy Center.
