We are happy to report that the issues affecting Policy Center are resolved. Our systems are currently working through the queues of documents and automated emails that built up over the past day. If you are awaiting an email or access to a document in Policy Center (such as a policy expiration notice, renewal application, declarations page, or payment coupon), it should be available by tomorrow morning, if not sooner.

Document printing and mailing was not affected by this issue. Any printed documents from TWIA should arrive as usual via USPS.
