Dear Agent, When we started working on Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies, we planned to provide a variety of topnotch training options and tools, designed with agents in mind. We used your responses to our August survey to put together focused training that considers your familiarity with Policy Center, training preferences, and time constraints. Read below to learn more about how TWIA plans to set agents up for success before, during, and after the launch of Policy Center for commercial and manufactured home policies in February 2018. Computer-based Training (CBT) Modules We used agent feedback to continually improve the Computer-based Training (CBT) modules initially developed for Policy Center in 2015. CBT modules help agents learn about the information and workflows associated with submitting policy applications by allowing agents to walk through common policy transactions in the system. You can get more comfortable with the system by completing the Policy Center training for residential policies currently available on our website. CBT modules including commercial and manufactured home policies will be available on January 22, 2018. Training Videos and Job Aids Don’t have time to complete a CBT module or need a quick refresher on the most common policy transactions in Policy Center? We will release several training videos and job aids that navigate through commercial and manufactured home policy transactions in the system. These will be available on our website on January 22, 2018, and can be accessed anytime and anywhere to provide quick and easy system guidance. Topics include: - Policy Center Account Structure

Commercial Agents New to Policy Center If you have little or no familiarity with Policy Center, we encourage you to join us for onsite trainings in Sugarland, Beaumont, Brownsville, or Corpus Christi, TX. TWIA staff will provide in person training, walk agents through various policy transactions, and answer questions about the system in real-time. On-site trainings will occur on the following dates and are limited to 25 agents per session (two sessions per date). Please be on the lookout for a follow-up email with more details and sign up instructions. - January 23 in Sugarland, TX
