Dear Agent,

As we near the end of 2017, we have received 73,798 Hurricane Harvey claims, closed 93.6% of those claims (69,106), and have paid out more than $913 million to our policyholders. We promise we will continue to work diligently in 2018 to help our policyholders obtain a satisfying resolution to their claims.

It was with the help of the Claims Support Centers (CSCs) in the Coastal Bend that we were able to assist many policyholders in need during the past four months. To allow our employees time to spend with their families during the holiday, the CSCs will be closed December 23 - December 25. After December 29, our Corpus Christi and Port Aransas locations will be permanently closed. To find out more about the locations, hours, and closing dates please review this graphic.

We understand that the holiday season is bittersweet for many coastal residents affected by Hurricane Harvey. Many of our policyholders may not be spending the holidays in their homes or may still be in the midst of repairs and recovery due to the storm. We believe our policyholders deserve our best service and compassion as we continue to help them return back to their standard of living. It is for this reason we are maintaining our coastal presence at the Rockport CSC into 2018.
