Our Mobile Claims Centers have served more than 10,000 TWIA policyholders since they opened at the end of August. As policyholder needs begin to shift from emergency relief payments and claim filing to existing claims support, we will begin to transition our temporary MCC operations to more permanent Claims Support Centers next week. This transition will end onsite check issuance. However, staff at our Claims Support Centers will ensure claim checks are issued and mailed to our policyholders.

We issued a press release today with more details about our MCC transition plan and information about the Claims Support Centers. We will have additional information on Monday, September 25, 2017. It will be shared via social media and our website.
