TWIA opened an additional Mobile Claims Center location in Port Aransas today. TWIA staff are onsite assisting policyholders with claim filing, claim status inquiries, and advance claim payments. There will be Spanish-speaking staff and representatives from FEMA on site as well. This location will be open daily, 8AM-6PM. There is currently a 7PM curfew in Port Aransas, so we encourage policyholders to arrive early to this location in order to get assistance prior to the end of our business hours at 6PM.
