The TWIA Mobile Claim Center in Rockport will be open daily 8 AM to 6 PM beginning tomorrow morning, Thursday, August 31. TWIA staff will be onsite assisting policyholders with claim filing, claim status inquiries, and advance claim payments. Spanish-speaking staff will be on site as well. Rockport Location

Other entities, such as the American Red Cross or local, county, and state emergency management resources, could also be set up in the area to provide disaster recovery assistance for coastal residents. TWIA will continue to be fully staffed and taking first notices of loss over the holiday weekend at 877-281-1431 (English) and 866-443-3144 (Spanish).
