Pursuant to Texas Insurance Code Section 2210.107, the Texas Windstorm Insurance Association is pleased to submit our Annual Report for the preceding 12-month period (June 1, 2024 – May 31, 2025). The Annual Report illustrates the measures and improvements the Board of Directors and the Association have taken to meet the objectives set forth in Chapter 2210 of the Texas Insurance Code.
TWIA also submits the 2025 Catastrophe (CAT) Incident Response Plan as required by Section 2210.455.
