Anna and I will provide a detailed TWIA overview, including:
- the purpose of the Association and how we operate;
- how TWIA pays policyholder claims;
- the annual rate filing process;
- other issues regarding the Association; and
- any TWIA issues of interest to you.
We will also review the TWIA Board’s legislative recommendations in the Association’s Biennial Report to the 88th Texas Legislature.
