Essential Information:
- Today, February 17, we launched a new login page for the TWIA Agent Portal.
- You must reset your TWIA password using the “Forgot Password” button on the new login page.
- TWIA policyholders are not impacted.

The TWIA Agent Portal has a new login page. This change will strengthen our systems’ security and streamline the login experience. Once you are in the TWIA Agent Portal, you won’t have to log into Claims Center separately.
Action Required: Reset Your TWIA Password
To log in, you need to reset the password associated with your TWIA account. Use the “Forgot Password” button on the TWIA Agent Portal login page.
