We have updated the payment notification email that policyholders receive to include Guest Pay.
The previous email titled "TWIA - Payment is Due" has been replaced with a new notification titled “TWIA - Invoice Ready for Payment.” This updated email (screenshot below) now provides clearer and more comprehensive details about upcoming invoices, including:
- Amount owed
- Policy number
- Account numbers
- A full list of available payment options, including the newly added Guest Pay feature
