The Texas FAIR Plan Association (TFPA) is adding an annual limit adjustment to our policy renewal process. Similar to other insurers’ inflation guard practices, this annual adjustment increases coverage limits at renewal to reflect current construction costs.
The TFPA Governing Committee has approved this change, and TFPA expects implementation to occur in mid-2024. Before it is implemented, we will send another Agent Bulletin to provide details of the practice and confirm when it will take effect.
