Dear agent,
Beginning this Saturday, March 19, agents using Microsoft Windows 7 (or older) will not have access to the TWIA Agent Portal.
- If you use Microsoft Windows 7 or older, you should update it to continue using the TWIA Agent Portal.
- You don’t need to take any action if your computer operates on Windows 8 or newer. Most agents are already using a version of Windows that is compatible with the upcoming security updates.
- Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 in 2020, putting it at greater risk for viruses or malware. TWIA is making updates to increase the security of our systems.
- If you can access our website, www.twia.org, you are likely already using a newer version of Windows and do not need to take action.

The TWIA Agent Portal and Claims Center will be unavailable from approximately 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. this Saturday. Claim reporting will still be available by calling (800) 788-8247.
