Policy Moratorium Refresher
Take a moment to review the policy moratorium process and what it could mean for your windstorm clients. During a policy moratorium, TWIA cannot issue any new policies or increase coverage on existing policies or renewals.

TWIA Holiday Office Closures
During the summer and the rest of the year, our TWIA offices will be closed for the following holidays:
- Monday, June 19: Juneteenth
- Tuesday, July 4: Independence Day
- Monday, September 4: Labor Day
- Thursday, November 23: Thanksgiving Day
- Friday, November 24: Day After Thanksgiving
- Monday, December 25: Christmas Day

Update Contact Information
Verify policyholder emails and phone numbers now in the Agent Portal so TWIA and policyholders can communicate early and often about a claim when the time comes. Log in to the Agent Portal and get started today.
