In-Person Assistance for Policyholders
Following the webinar, TWIA claims staff will be in Galveston and Lake Jackson to provide in-person assistance to policyholders with Hurricane Nicholas claims.
Claim assistance will be available for policyholders by appointment only. More information, including how to book an appointment, will be shared at the webinar and in an upcoming agent bulletin. Claim payments will not be provided at the sites.
