Today (at 10:00 a.m.) through Thursday, we will be hosting daily training webinars about the renewal process in the New Agent Portal. Starting July 18, you will need to work all renewals in the New Agent Portal.
Although today and tomorrow’s webinars are full, you can still watch them through a YouTube livestream. Links are included in the schedule below. Please note that if you watch a YouTube livestream, you won’t be able to ask questions during the event.

What it will cover: The renewal process in the New Agent Portal and how it differs from the process in the Old Agent Portal. Plus, an overview of policy moratorium processes in the New Agent Portal. (A moratorium is when TWIA cannot accept applications for new or increased coverage due to storm activity in the Gulf of Mexico.)
