The move will begin at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, April 25. Our systems will be unavailable during the move. We expect our cloud systems to be available by 8:00 a.m. on Monday, April 28. Actions Needed Before the Move: Complete any open transactions and exit our systems by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Friday, April 25 During the Move: Report Claims 24/7 by calling (800) 788-8247 After the Move: Update your bookmarks and saved links Login Links: Bookmark the Agent login page for continued access Training Materials: Job aids will be updated on the Agent Training Center Things to Know Data Migration: All current system data will be moved and available in the cloud New Domain Name: Our cloud systems will be hosted on the TWIA.org domain Updated Look, Familiar Feel: Our cloud systems will have a refreshed look but a similar feel to your current Agent Portal.
