| Cancer Clinical Trials Bootcamp – Application deadline January 16 |

Advance Your Clinical Research Career – 16-week intensive program that trains faculty, fellows, and postdoctoral scholars to design cancer investigator-initiated trial (IIT) protocols and ends with the submission of a completed IIT protocol.
Program Highlights
- Feb 9–May 18, 2026, every other Monday, 6:00–8:00 PM
- Location: Irvine, Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Care and Ambulatory Care
- Eight in-person sessions led by senior Cancer Center investigators
- 45-minute didactic lecture; one-hour group mentorship; bi-weekly protocol development assignments
Eligibility
- Faculty, fellows, or postdoctoral scholars at UC Irvine, CHOC, or the Long Beach VA
- Primary focus on cancer clinical research
- Availability to attend all in-person sessions
- Commitment to complete and submit a full IIT protocol by the program’s conclusion
