A Reminder From the Owen Honor Council |
As we approach final exam week, we wanted to send a reminder from the Owen Honor Council to take time to review the honor code and exercise good judgment during a time of high pressure and stress. Vanderbilt Business Hosts Greater Nashville Venture Capital Association Kickoff Event |
On Monday, November 13, Vanderbilt Business helped set the stage for a startup renaissance in Middle Tennessee by hosting the emerging Greater Nashville Venture Capital Association’s inaugural event. Dean Steenburgh delivered opening remarks at the event, notably declaring his commitment to the local entrepreneurial ecosystem and his unwavering interest in connecting the school deeper into the Nashville business community.

Have you seen some new signs in our library? A new portrait series celebrating noteworthy Vanderbilt University community members is now on display across the Jean and Alexander Heard Libraries, including our very own Management Library.
V150: The Many Faces of Vanderbilt, which was funded by a Spring 2023 Sesquicentennial Grant, features prominent photographs and short bios of alumni, faculty, and others whose accomplishments and contributions have made a significant positive impact on the university and society as a whole. |

Nominate peers for Spring Faculty Awards |
Nominations are now open for Vanderbilt’s top faculty awards, which demonstrate the university’s appreciation for and commitment to excellence. The award recipients and faculty who have served for 25 years will be honored at the Spring Faculty Assembly on April 11, 2024.
All faculty are eligible to submit nominations due Monday, December 18. Previous awards recipients are not eligible to be nominated. (Past winners are listed online.) |
