The Faculty Research Issue

Owen Community,

As we approach the end of the year, we’re excited to highlight some of the incredible research our esteemed faculty have been working on. From combatting competitive disparities in the FIFA Women’s World Cup to investigating the effects of online flash sales and green consumption values on consumer behavior, to exploring how target companies’ earnings announcements impact stock prices during pending mergers and acquisitions, to understanding gender dynamics in the workplace, our faculty’s research answers key business questions, addresses global challenges, and transforms industries.

The dean’s office values and supports these endeavors, with the goal of fostering a research active community of scholars who can share their insights with our students, alumni, and supporters.

Richard Willis (Senior Associate Dean of Faculty) & Jennifer Escalas (Associate Dean of Academic Programs)
