Ada Adimora, a dedicated and compassionate physician scientist who served as a Sarah Graham Kenan Distinguished Professor of Medicine in the UNC School of Medicine and professor of epidemiology at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health, passed away on Jan. 1. Her life and legacy will be honored at a service on Jan. 8 in Durham.
