Ia ora na!

The North American media has been buzzing with stories on Tahiti this year. From January 1, 2006 through May 31, 2006, the islands of Tahiti have been featured in over 170 articles throughout North America!

Total Articles: 177

In addition to our usual steady flow of media traveling in the islands, our public relations team is working on several initiatives to diversify and expand Tahiti’s presence in the media. Among these projects is a newsletter for journalist and media contacts called Te Parau Api, which debuted last week. We have also revamped the media section of our website which will be unveiled shortly.

In this month’s Public Relations update, we recap our top placements, including articles in Travelgirl, Scuba Diving (cover shot!), Showboats International, and Travel+Leisure.

Among the other highlights of her trip are a four-wheel drive tour in Bora Bora and dining at Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant on Moorea.

Bobrow takes his words to heart, packing the adventures of a lifetime into a week aboard a sailing yacht charter through the Society Islands. Bobrow boards the 110-foot Charlatan in Taha’a and sails to Raiatea and Bora Bora. Along the way she tours Bora Bora by helicopter and visits a pearl farm in Taha’a, finishing her trip with a hike to a waterfall in Moorea.
