What's going on in the neighborhoods that contain most of Chicago’s rental housing? Are property values on the rise? What about rents? And taxes? Which areas are heating up? What are the challenges? What other factors are affecting neighborhoods most?

CIC’s Annual Neighborhood Forum brings together Chicago’s developers, owners, managers, brokers, lenders, and housing community to share their deep knowledge of real estate in the neighborhoods. The event features an expert panel discussing community and market conditions, followed by a networking reception. Join the conversation that isn’t happening anywhere else.

Parking:

Street parking is available around the Midway Plaisance, but the preferred visitors garage is located at Drexel Avenue and 61st Street. The garage rate is $4 per hour.

The parking lot at the corner of Drexel Avenue and 60th Street is free after 4 pm on weekdays.
