Agent Services: Who are we and how can we help?

Who are we?
The Agent Services team is composed of professionals with backgrounds in underwriting, customer service and enrollment. We are responsible for managing agent and vendor relationships to ensure the consistent delivery of information to these stakeholders including work flows, procedures and training.

What do we do?
We assist agents and their producers with Policy Center questions, educate on Policy Center workflows and procedures, offer advice on underwriting guidelines and facilitate agent registration. We also serve as a quality assurance touch point. The Agent Services team tracks the types of questions fielded and then uses this information to create job aids and frequently asked questions to help streamline the quoting process.

We can help resolve your issues, answer your questions and help ensure that you are providing the best service to your TWIA clients. We are committed to assisting you until the issue is resolved.
