AHP Online Update and New Guide
Additional enhancements have been made to AHP Online, the FHLBC’s online project management system for Affordable Housing Program (AHP) members and sponsors.

Specifically, disbursement requests, Semi-Annual Progress Reporting, Project Completion Reporting, and Long-Term Monitoring will now be initiated, reviewed, and approved in AHP Online.

The FHLBC’s entire portfolio of AHP projects currently under retention has been migrated to AHP Online; therefore, members and sponsors with registered users in AHP Online may log in to view the characteristics and status of a project.

To assist members and sponsors navigate AHP Online, the FHLBC recently published AHP Online: Guide for Project Management. This resource provides guidance on how to change a contact in the system and how to initiate, review, and approve a disbursement request. Over time, the guide will expand to include assistance on how to submit semi-annual progress reports and project completion reports. Users are encouraged to always access the guide directly through fhlbc.com to ensure it is the most recent version.
