Community First™ Fund Launched; WWBIC Named First Fund Partner On June 17, 2014, the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago launched the Community First™ Fund, a $50 million revolving loan fund that provides direct support to community development organizations serving Illinois and Wisconsin. Learn More   News Migration to AHP Online Continues; Register Today AHP Online launched in 2013 as the only way members and sponsors could submit an Affordable Housing Program (AHP) application. The system is being enhanced to accommodate disbursement requests and satisfaction of compliance reporting requirements. Over time, AHP Online will enable members and sponsors to manage most aspects of their project—helping increase efficiency and streamlining the application and project management process.   New Life for an Old School: Watch the Video A $300,000 Affordable Housing Program grant helped transform Oconomowoc School, located in Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, into 55 affordable, high-quality rental housing units.
