| Introducing Realtors to PFIs |
The goal of exhibiting at the National Association of Realtors conference in California last November was to introduce Realtors across the country to the MPF Program—and, in turn, to their local PFIs. To generate interest at the booth, the MPF Program invited the Realtors to enter their business cards in a drawing for a free Amazon Kindle.
As it turns out, the winner—Diane Campshure-Walczyk, a Realtor with Resource One Realty, LLC, in De Pere, Wisconsin—was familiar with her local PFI. She
had recently worked with Fox Communities Credit Union on at least two single-family mortgage transactions—including one on the day she was awarded the Kindle.

Heather, a mortgage lender, was thrilled to learn that Diane had won the Kindle. “Diane is a big hitter in the Green Bay market,” Heather said. “She’s well-known.”
Heather also said the MPF Program is a popular fit for their customers. The ability to retain servicing and a “great interest rate” have meant that Fox Communities Credit Union delivered almost all of their 20- and 30-year mortgages to the MPF Program in 2011. “It’s been a wonderful product to offer our customers,” she said. “They like to bring their payments in to our office.”
As for Diane, the next time she leaves Wisconsin for a conference or personal trip, she said she’s bringing the Kindle! |
