| CFPB Mortgage Servicing Rules and the Small Servicer Exemption |
In response to PFI inquiries, the MPF Program addressed the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Mortgage Servicing Rules and the Small Servicer Exemption. On September 10, 2013, the MPF Provider issued a PFI Advisory with clarifying information on the Exemption and the 2013 Servicing Rules.
