MPF Advisory Council Update

The MPF Advisory Council recently met August 21 – 23 in Washington, D.C. with a robust meeting schedule. Three subcommittees had been established by the MPF Advisory Council in 2012. Each subcommittee, led by an FHLBank representative, was reconvened to report on their progress since April.
The keynote speaker on the final day of the MPF Advisory Council meeting was Ted Tozer, President of  Ginnie Mae (GNMA). Mr. Tozer’s address to the council provided an overview of Ginnie Mae and its essential relationship with the Federal Home Loan Banks.
