| Webinars Continue to be Popular with PFIs |
During the first quarter, the MPF Program hosted webinars on 17 topics to PFIs across the country. Six of the webinars were presented twice due to demand for information on those subjects. (See the list below.) More than 470 PFIs participated in the webinars, and survey results showed, on average, that 95% of the participants were satisfied or very satisfied with the content.
The webinars focused on how to do business under the MPF Program from opening a master commitment through the reporting and servicing of delinquent mortgages. Some webinars focused on the MPF portfolio products while others were geared toward the MPF Xtra product. All are free.
